How do I get there and where can I park?

After booking, you will receive an email with the exact location, access instructions and parking information for your chosen sauna.
What should I bring?

Bring water, a towel or sauna sheet and light footwear. Equipment and any textile hire vary by location and booking type.
Can I take a shower?

Facilities vary by location. Several saunas use a lake or cold plunge; check the location page for exact details.
Can I book if I am under 18?

Only a person aged 18 or over can make a booking. Younger guests may visit with a responsible adult.
Can children use the sauna?

Yes, under adult supervision, with time and temperature adjusted to the child’s age and health.
Can alcohol be consumed in the sauna?

No. Alcohol is prohibited in the sauna; stay properly hydrated throughout your visit.
Can I cancel or change a booking?

The cancellation and amendment terms are shown during booking and in your confirmation email. Send us your booking number if you need help.
