Getting there
The sauna is roughly 100 m on foot from parking. Bring a headlamp and suitable shoes after dark, and follow the current route in your confirmation.
Check the route in your booking confirmation before travelling. The map link opens the public location profile.
What to bring
Bring drinking water, light footwear and a towel or sauna sheet unless they are included in your booking.
Towel hire and other extras depend on the service you booked.
Entering the sauna
Your sauna unlock code arrives by SMS one hour before your booking starts. If the sauna has a keypad lock, wake it by pressing any button. Enter your code and press the lock symbol. When the light flashes green, pull the lock down. Open the right-hand container door before the left-hand one.
If you have not received your access message, check your booking email and SMS or contact us.
Preparing and using the sauna
The sauna has a wood-burning heater. Preparation depends on your booked service; check what is included before your visit.
Always read the heater-specific instructions and service details in your booking confirmation.
Cooling down and relaxing
You can cool down in the Old Quarry. Enter natural water only when current conditions allow.
Natural water can change in temperature, depth and shore conditions between visits.
Before you leave
Before leaving, turn off the light, close the left-hand container door and then the right-hand one, and click the lock shut. Check that it holds. Take away rubbish and personal belongings.
Leave on time according to your booking and report any damage or issue promptly.

This is a self-service sauna. Other guests arrive after you and deserve the same calm, clean space.
