Getting there
You can park by the sauna. Check your booking confirmation for the exact location and current arrival details.
Check the route in your booking confirmation before travelling. The map link opens the public location profile.
What to bring
Bring drinking water and a towel or sauna sheet unless you hired them while booking. Swimwear may be useful in summer.
Towel hire and other extras depend on the service you booked.
Entering the sauna
If the sauna has a keypad lock, wake it by pressing any button. Enter your code and press the lock symbol. When the light flashes green, pull the lock down. Open the right-hand container door before the left-hand one.

If you have not received your access message, check your booking email and SMS or contact us.
Preparing and using the sauna
The HUUM HIVE electric heater prepares the sauna to the temperature you choose while booking. Check your selected setting in the confirmation.
Always read the heater-specific instructions and service details in your booking confirmation.
Cooling down and relaxing
Cool down in the Cold Plunge or the lake. Enter natural water carefully and replace the Cold Plunge cover afterwards.
Natural water can change in temperature, depth and shore conditions between visits.
Before you leave
Before leaving, turn off the light, close the left-hand container door and then the right-hand one, and click the lock shut. Check that it holds. Take away rubbish and personal belongings.
Leave on time according to your booking and report any damage or issue promptly.

Leave the sauna as you found it.
This is a self-service sauna. Other guests arrive after you and deserve the same calm, clean space.
